Being a long time customer of SBI, I personally feel that SBI provides poor customer services. I see frequent server downtime, UPI failures, slow apps and rude behaviour by the staff. The private bank such as ICICI are prompt to solve issues of customers and online services are pretty much sufficient for all banking needs.
2.25 lakh employees Handling 46Cr customer base and numerous govt transactions. Approximately 2045 Customers per staff. Talking is easier than doing. You don't know what SBI staffs are going through. Govt is asking to minimise staff salary. Whereas Is private banks More staffs with less customer base. Moreover whenever u visit a private bank they'll Compel u to either purchase an insurance or Invest sth in their cross selling areas. They Charge approx 3% higher for every type of loans. Proud to be customer of Govt & Biggest Bank of India👍
i would like to warn the viewer as you may end up with conclusion that HDFC is better than SBI because in this video we did not discussed the social and economical effect of govt owned bank without which it is impossible to bring huge population under banking system especially lower income group that doesnt mean that any thing bad about private bank , but both govt and pvt bank or companies are essential for todays india

What kind of Physics is Involved in making of EVM's. Why many countries across the world have banned usage of EVM. Are EVM really so sophisticated machines to be termed as Tamper Proof or Hack Proof. 90 % of the public may not be aware of its methodologies and what goes into it and where are the other Important ancillary parts are manufactured. What are the pros and cons of EVM. Hope as usual you will present a content on EVM in a very professional and in-Depth micro Details on its functionality. Thanks & Regards.
Very informative video. Thanks for all the information as always in every video. Would love to watch a business mode of Uber and how transportation industry works!
Priority sector lending as well as no. of employees could have been mentioned. Unviable areas are generally inaccessible and loss-making is where SBI supports govt while Pvt banks do not go there.
Whenever I watch this man videos i never feel that I am wasting my time on RUclips. And i think you don't get this type of video on other channels having such a great explanation on every topic with a precise backgrounds images, videos, etc. Thanks for giving such a wonderful knowledge on every topic @DHRUV RATHEE .❤️❤️❤️
Hey Dhruv tq on the Video. Pls let your viewers know the diff b/w private and PSU banks. Does any knows what is rural area service , mudra loans to poor entrepreneurs , education loans to nil income students, low pension customers, govt related services ( pmsby/pmjjby/apy/sukanya/kvp) etc, and mainly PMJDY ,and the list continues. WE AS A PSU banker spent our 80-90% of our time to serve these poor/economically weaker section people and how can any one talk about profit of a Nationalised Bank. There are more than 200 Crore accounts in PSU'S AND THERE IS A LESS THAN 20 CRORE accounts in private banks. In what way can we expect profit.
People now blindly trust in govt banks, with the thought that at least their principal will be safe. No comparison with pvt banks. Especially since due to internet banking there is now no need to visit the banks, then what other advantage does pvt bank offers other than a miniscule more, ℅ in interest rate

Dhruv! Thanks for the videos..Business model of UPI apps like paytm gpay phone pe etc is something i am eagerly looking forward to♥️♥️hope to see that soon
Amazing content as usual 😊 Greetings from Scotland 😊 Have a wonderful day everyone 🌻 Happy new year🎄
Well explained, HDFC TPP income is quite higher.
HDFC Bank does window dressing, that's why there is huge difference in share
Base share price rate of HDFC Bank 1/- whereas BR of SBI is 10/-
HDFC Bank share rate is 1650 against base price of 1/-
And SBI share price rate is 800 against base price of 10/-
Means almost 20 times more

Weldon young man. You are a best educater of world society.
Yes 👍🏻
Your videos are very informative and we learn a lot from them thank you for that ❤️❤️
Bhai banking ke baare me saari jaankari provide kardo interesting topic hai 😍
very informative. I learned about these ratios in my high school. It was not interesting then but it is interesting now.
Dear Mr.Dhruv Rathee, Congratulations for your fantastic presentation on the subject of Economy / Model of Banks. It takes a huge effort to prepare a content with in-Depth analysis with micro level data. Mr.Rathee you had done an excellent job on this content. Mr.Rathee , Now that we are likely to have state level elections in the Biggest and Largest democracy of the world in 5 Different states and followed by more elections, This may probably be the right time for your good self to make a content on EVM Machines used for elections.

Great video Dhruv 👍. Do you have a video on Islamic Banking? How do they make money? How they avoid interest?
Donation company like ketto , impact guru का बिजनेस मॉडल
Priority sector lending as well as no. of employees could have been mentioned. Unviable areas are generally inaccessible and loss-making is where SBI supports govt while Pvt banks do not go there.
We want a video on how gk as a subject has become a source of depression for competitive exams aspirants 😑
Make Long form full video "what is Bankruptcy

Thanks for yet another educational video..Keep going 👏
I learn many financial things through your video sir
Good thoughts
People now blindly trust in govt banks, with the thought that at least their principal will be safe. No comparison with pvt banks.
Especially since due to internet banking there is now no need to visit the banks, then what other advantage does pvt bank offers other than a miniscule more, ℅ in interest rate
